I was referred here through my insurance company. They had appointments available right away and booked me for an estimate. The shop is immaculate. They made my car look new again - including helping me fix a non-covered damage item for a reasonable price. They also gave me some spare touch-up paint and detailed the car inside and out (unexpected bonus!). Good communication throughout. Easy to deal with. Great quality work.

My wife's brand new XC 90 Volvo was rear-ended by a city bus. Volvo recommended NY city Automotive and they just happen to be in my neighborhood. I had walked by and seen their shop and it's cleaner than most of the restaurants in Redhook. They took two weeks to repair some thing over Christmas that I expected to take six weeks. They also kept me in the loop along the way, dealt with my Allstate insurance and could not have been a better experience, I can't recommend them enough.

My ‘21 Subaru Outback was damaged in a hit and run. NY City Automotive was AMAZING. From the initial call through to getting my vehicle back their customer service was phenomenal. I received regular updates by text and over the phone and they were able to get the car back to me in a week and a half, before I left for the holidays. The work is fantastic too. All around great experience.

NY City Automotive is fantastic. Most important to me, they have been consistently reliable and honest each time I’ve come to them with questions or issues with my car. They did a great job fixing my car both times I’ve needed repairs, and each time did the work at a great price and within the promised timeline. Highly recommended!

I initially chose NY City Automotive because they’re registered with Travelers, my insurance company, and their portal made it easy to book an appointment time. I was overwhelmed by how positive the experience was. The shop is immaculate—truly a beautiful space to walk into. The service was friendly, fast, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Danny had my car ready before the promised date. And—the cherry on top—they detailed the interior, so when I picked up the car, it was like I was getting a nearly-new car. Highly recommended!

Excellent experience here. Cristian was very good about communication and I appreciated the texts. The car looked great and I was very happy. The shop looks immaculate, which immediately helps you trust their work. When I picked up my car, they even cleaned my wheels for me! The repair was for the bumper but I got a bonus with nicely cleaned wheels. They removed all the brake dust. Amazing! Thanks Cristian!

I would like to say that this place has done wonders with my car. My car had a dent, a few scratches, and other problems naked to my eye and they fixed it all. The communication was great with consistent phone calls and text messages throughout the process, and the staff are all friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They had to replace my bumper- not only did they match the paint of the bumper to the rest of the car, but they did light touches to the outside of my car. The ultimate, I mean ULTIMATE CHERRY 🍒 on top was that they invested time to clean the inside of my car. As a busy, working, single mom who really needed her car cleaned- they did that with the kindness of their heart ❤️! (Attached are pictures of the inside of my car after they cleaned it. Btw, they also washed the outside of my car as well ;-) I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have work done on their vehicle. Thank you!

I was extremely pleased with the repairs I received to my vehicle. I thought my car wouldn't look the same but to my surprise it looked even better! They even took care of the little nicks and dings on my back bumper. If ever in need of body repair again I'll definitely be returning here!
